Clean Protocols

The entire house is vacuumed and dusted.

Floors are washed.

All beds are made with new professionally cleaned and ironed linens.

All towels and beach towels are washed.

All bed linens, towels, and beach towels are washed with an additional laundry sanitizer that kills viruses and bacteria.

All high touch areas (remotes, railings, cabinet knobs & pulls, light switches, door knobs, and dresser knobs) are wiped down with disinfectant alcohol wipes.

All of the children's toys are wiped down with organic cleaning wipes

Lysol is sprayed in each room.

Bathrooms are sanitized with disinfectant spray.

The kitchen is sanitized and cleaned with disinfectant spray.

All sliders are opened immediately after the previous renter leaves and they remain open while the house is being cleaned to get as much air circulating as possible (if it is raining we will have to adjust accordingly).

Refrigerator is cleaned out and wiped down as well as kitchen appliances.

A bottle of hand sanitizer is left for each new renter coming in as well as hand soap is provided at each sink.
